Welcome to TNIT DSC. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or applying for a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) through our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About TNIT DSC

TNIT DSC is a Digital Signature Certificate service provider and authorized partner facilitating the application, verification, renewal, and support process for Digital Signature Certificates issued by licensed Certifying Authorities (CAs) in India.

TNIT DSC does not directly issue Digital Signature Certificates and is not a Certifying Authority under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Certificates are issued by authorized Certifying Authorities such as eMudhra, Capricorn, PantaSign, and other licensed providers as applicable.

2. Services Offered

TNIT DSC provides assistance for:

  • Class 3 Digital Signature Certificates

  • Individual DSC Applications

  • Organization DSC Applications

  • DGFT DSC

  • Tender DSC

  • Document Verification Support

  • DSC Renewal Services

  • Partner & Reseller Support Services

3. Applicant Responsibilities

The applicant agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Submit valid and genuine supporting documents.

  • Complete verification procedures as required.

  • Comply with the policies of the issuing Certifying Authority.

Any incorrect, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information may result in application rejection, suspension, or revocation of the certificate.

4. Certificate Approval & Issuance

Certificate approval, issuance, renewal, suspension, revocation, and validation are solely governed by the respective Certifying Authority.

TNIT DSC does not guarantee certificate approval and shall not be responsible for decisions taken by the Certifying Authority.

5. Processing Timelines

Processing times are subject to:

  • Document verification.

  • Video verification requirements.

  • Certifying Authority approval processes.

  • Regulatory compliance requirements.

Estimated timelines provided are indicative and not guaranteed.

6. Fees & Payments

All fees displayed are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments made for certificate processing may include:

  • Certifying Authority charges.

  • Verification charges.

  • Service and facilitation fees.

Applicable taxes shall be charged as per prevailing laws.

7. Third-Party Services

TNIT DSC may utilize services of:

  • Certifying Authorities

  • Verification Agencies

  • Payment Gateways

  • Government Validation Platforms

Users acknowledge that such third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

TNIT DSC shall not be liable for:

  • Certificate rejection by the Certifying Authority.

  • Delays caused by third-party verification.

  • Technical issues of Certifying Authorities.

  • Suspension or revocation of certificates.

  • Business losses arising from certificate misuse or non-issuance.

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fees paid to TNIT DSC.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and materials except the other DSC Company Logos available on this website are the property of TNIT DSC or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Modifications

TNIT DSC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website or services shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
